A Note on Transparency
Phase One development is underway across four commercial platforms. Governance, technical assessment, commercial development, regulatory structuring, partnerships, and capital formation are progressing according to each platform's readiness. The businesses described on the operating company pages reflect current development status, not completed operations.
We publish this status page because we believe that the investors, partners, and institutions we want to work with deserve an accurate picture of where we stand. We will update this page as our development status changes. We will not update it to make progress appear faster than it is.

Critical minerals and resource development — DRC
Current State
Vika Resources is advancing its Phase One development and deployment program. Partnership development and technical assessment are progressing across the Kolwezi–Lubumbashi Copperbelt and Eastern DRC. The regulatory and governance framework required for institutional capital formation and deployment planning is being structured. No mining operations have commenced. No capital has been deployed into production assets.

Phase One commercial development includes bulk industrial fuel procurement, storage, distribution, and delivery capability. Capital formation and deployment planning are proceeding in sequence with the Phase One development programme, as operational foundations are established in the DRC.

Where we stand.
Vika Group is in the institutional development and pre-deployment phase of its Phase One operating program. No operating mines, commissioned assets, or signed customers exist yet. We are transparent about this. The opportunity we are pursuing is real, and each platform is advancing according to its own readiness and commercial conditions.
