Vika Group develops energy, logistics, workforce infrastructure and strategic supply-chain assets across the Democratic Republic of Congo, Zambia and Angola. We build and operate directly, with full accountability for execution, performance and long-term outcomes.
Vika Group was established to build and operate the physical infrastructure, energy systems, workforce environments, and resource businesses that growing industrial economies in Central Africa require.
Founded in the United States, Vika Group brings institutional governance, access to global capital, and a long-term commitment to African development. We operate across the Democratic Republic of Congo, Zambia and Angola, including the Lobito Corridor.
Our commercial platforms, Vika Resources, Vika Energy, Bastion and Domaine Imara, develop and operate productive assets that support critical-mineral supply chains, industrial logistics, workforce accommodation and residential infrastructure.
Vika Group is an African industrial institution with commercial platforms in resource development, industrial energy, workforce infrastructure and executive living.
Mission
Vika Group closes the gap between Africa’s critical-mineral endowment and the global industrial systems that depend on it — building the platforms, infrastructure and strategic partnerships that make that connection commercially viable and strategically durable.
Vision
"A future in which Africa's industrial potential is fully realized through resilient, globally integrated value chains."
We build businesses, allocate capital, and take direct responsibility for long-term outcomes.
We create, build, and operate businesses with direct execution responsibility, committing leadership, capital, and operational discipline to long-term value creation.
Our teams are embedded in the environments where we build. This gives us the contextual intelligence and relationships that remote operators consistently underestimate.
Our investment horizon is measured in years and decades. We structure our businesses, our partnerships, and our capital to reflect this, not as a constraint, but as a competitive orientation.
We pursue a small number of significant opportunities with full conviction. We would rather do fewer things well than many things adequately.
Infrastructure creates opportunity.Institutions make it last.

Vika Group is being built as a permanent African industrial institution. While founder-led today, its governance, operating systems, capital allocation discipline, and succession planning are designed to ensure the platform continues creating value across generations.
An institution is measured by the systems, culture and governance it leaves behind. Every structural decision at Vika Group is made with that standard in mind.
Governance
Independent oversight structures, board-level accountability, and transparent reporting frameworks from inception.
Leadership Development
Professional management structures designed to develop and retain institutional talent across all commercial platforms.
Capital Discipline
Structured capital allocation frameworks that operate independently of founder discretion and meet institutional investor standards.
Succession Planning
Documented succession frameworks at both institution and commercial platform level, designed to ensure continuity of leadership and strategy.
Institutional Knowledge
Systematic preservation of operational knowledge, relationships, and strategic context, embedded in the institution, not held by individuals.
We engage selectively.
