Vika Resources is developing an integrated critical minerals industrial platform in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Phase One is anchored by the development of a medium-scale copper mining operation and a modern concentrator in the DRC. Through integrated mining, mineral processing, energy, logistics, workforce infrastructure, and supply-chain systems, Vika Resources is developing a commercially sustainable critical minerals platform designed to support responsible production, local value addition, and long-term industrial capability.

The DRC is among the world's leading copper producers and holds significant gold resources across its eastern provinces — minerals central to the global energy transition and U.S. supply chain security. While copper is the primary execution priority, Vika Resources also evaluates selective gold development opportunities in Eastern DRC and additional critical minerals where supported by the ore body, technical evidence, and commercial viability. BASTION is the operational backbone that enables Vika Resources and other industrial operators — including the large-scale infrastructure projects accelerating along the corridor — to deploy and sustain large workforces in frontier environments where no adequate alternative exists.

Large-scale mining and infrastructure projects in the DRC, Zambia, and Angola consistently face a common constraint: the absence of professionally managed workforce accommodation in the areas where they operate.
