What stage of development is Vika Group at?
Vika Group is in Phase One of its development programme. Technical assessments, regulatory structuring, and commercial development are underway across the four platforms. Governance and operational infrastructure are being established in parallel with capital formation.
What types of investors does Vika Group work with?
Vika Group is designed for institutional investors, development finance institutions, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and strategic industrial partners who share our long-term orientation and understand the opportunity available in Central Africa's industrial economy.
What is the investment horizon?
Vika Group is built for a multi-decade horizon. Our businesses are designed to operate across decades. We are explicit about this with all of our capital partners.
How does the integrated platform model work?
Each of our four commercial platforms — Vika Resources, BASTION, Domaine Imara, and Vika Energy — addresses a distinct but interconnected segment of the industrial economy. Resource development operations generate demand for workforce infrastructure, executive living, and fuel supply. Integration describes how Vika Group's platforms reinforce one another over time. It does not require every platform to reach the same stage of development simultaneously. Capital is deployed according to the readiness and economics of each opportunity within the institution's long-term strategy.
What is Vika Group's primary market?
The Democratic Republic of the Congo is Vika Group's primary Phase One market. Phase One combines gold, copper, and critical-mineral development with industrial energy, workforce infrastructure, and executive living across the country's principal mining and industrial regions. Gold development is advancing in Eastern DRC, while copper and critical-mineral development remains centered on the Kolwezi–Lubumbashi Copperbelt, where mineral processing and local value addition form a central part of Vika Group's long-term industrial strategy. Vika Group is positioned within the broader Lobito Corridor linking the DRC, Angola, and Zambia, and continuously evaluates regional opportunities consistent with market conditions and long-term strategy.
